Refund policy：
  We stand behind every board we sell. If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery, we'll make it right.

  HOW TO RETURN:
  1. Email contact@norukitchen.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send a prepaid return label within 1 business day
  3. Refund processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return

  DAMAGED ITEMS: Email us a photo within 7 days — we'll ship a replacement at no charge, no need to return the damaged item.
